A monk walks at the Punakha Dzong, also known as Pungtang Dechen Photrang Dzong, in Punakha, Bhutan on September 3, 2013. The dzong, used as the administrative centre and monastery, was constructed by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal in 1637 and the second oldest and second largest temple in Bhutan.
