An empty tube of glue is left near sleeping street child in Kathmandu, Nepal on Aug 20, 2012. Street children often sniff glue to get high..There are estimated around 5,000 street children working and living on the streets of Nepal and the number continues to grow with roughly 300 to 500 children leaving home every year. Some do so because of abusive, alcoholic parents, maltreatment at home, and the temptation to earn more money. They often end up taking drugs, abusing alcohol, and even suffering sexual abuse by locals and foreign tourists..(Photo by Kuni Takahashi)
